Empower The EPA To Do Its Job

EPA has been all but written out of the Federal Aviation Regulations. Where else can one agency exclude itself from the oversight of another.

EPA must take over FAA's noise pollution control functions in the interest of the health and well being of the non-flying public just as the Office of Homeland Defense and the Transportation Security Administration had to take over FAA's security functions.
